What we collect

When you book or contact us, we collect your name, email, phone number, event details (date, time, pickup and drop-off, guest count) and payment confirmation from our payment processors. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To confirm and run your ride, contact you about it, and keep records. If you separately check the box to get texts or emails from us, we’ll send occasional offers and news. That box is never pre-checked, and you can opt out any time by replying STOP or using the unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the booking: payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), our booking calendar (Google), email delivery and our customer records system. We don’t sell your information.

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used.
